Beautiful place recommend

Beautiful view. Pool was nice but construction was going on, we still enjoyed it. A bit off the beaten path which was nice but easily walkable to everything. Would stay again!

This was a nice hotel with a fabulous view of the lake and volcanoes. It has plenty of places to take pictures or just sit down and admire your surroundings. If you need a quiet room, tell them if they can take you out of the main path. Our rooms where right in the main hall and people would sit down in front of our windows and chat at 6:00 a.m. There are benches in front of each window so of course people sit down and have no idea they're waking you up. Other than that, the breaksfast buffet was a bit limited but nice all the same. The bed was supercomfortable with dozens of pillows and the shower was great.

The drapes should be sunblock the lights of the hallway was in front of my bedroom window. Location is amazing staff is very helpful and very friendly.

The bathroom was a little outdated but very clean

This hotel is beautiful, clean and a beautiful view. It is in walking distance of everything.

Gardens were amazing with lots of places to sit. Amazing views of the lake. The glue cafe was wonderful

You’re not allowed to bring outside… never heard of a property not allowing you to bring outside food.
