The location so close to the peer and the views of the lake. I would recommend the breakfast too, it’s very varied and opens early so you can catch the boats; other options outside the hotel in Panajachel opened from 8am onwards

Excellent location, excellent facilities, excellent cafe and bar.

We did not receive the rooms we booked. We asked to cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. They did not agree. Only after a night were we moved to very low-level rooms, even without air conditioning. Even though we booked rooms with air conditioning. The rooms are in very bad condition. The sink is not attached to the wall, the shower is old and. Noise from closer rooms . No complaints about the staff, they try very hard to help. But they have no tools.

The property was beautiful and the stuff very friendly we had a great stay, very safe and convenient to walk around town for shopping and dining

Highly recommend! The restaurant food ok but would recommend venturing out and walking to town, lots of good food options. Rooms are simple but very clean. Hotel grounds are BEAUTIFUL! View of lake and volcanoes is amazing!

I traveled with my two teenage boys and they loved the property. It was perfect for exploring.
