I have no negative comment about this place

The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with breathtaking views of Lago Atitlan.

The room was very basic but the bed was really comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful. I misplaced my key one night thinking I must have left it in the room. The front desk had NO SPARE KEY for any room and I had to wait 30 minutes until they could find someone from housekeeping to let me in.

I love the location , the view and the swimming pool

Unfortunatelly we had a problem with a shower, so the worker was there to fix it, but couldn’t be fixed the shower wasn’t getting hot, the staff change are room but the was while we were taking shower it was leaking water and nobody to clean it or help us with it. We were tired and just would like to take a shower and sleep. For that reason are stay was just Ok

La recepción del hotel es poco estética le quita méritos al resto de las áreas del hotel

Las vistas años volcanes

La hora indicada en aplicacion para hacer el checkout dice 13:00 horas, sin embargo me enviaron mensaje de WhatsApp diciendo que lo mas tarde para hacer el checkoyt era a las 12:30, llegando uno en tiempo a la hora del anuncio de aplicación, aun así ellos enviaron a su personal de recepción a notificar que ya debíamos salir. Nosotros regresamos al hotel a las 12:38 y es lamentable este trato y mal servicio. Además al momento de hacer checkin, nos habían indicado que nos darían la habitación 103 y por demoras del área de limpieza no fue así y nos asignaron la 113 la cual estaba bien pero estaba cerca del restaurante lo cual generaba ruido de los comensales. Fue un cambio que solo decidieron y no consultaron a uno como cliente. Tomar nota también que solo había un sanitario para las áreas comunes y eso es asqueroso y lamentable.

המיקום היה פשוט מעולה, נמצא ממש על האגם! וגם קרוב ליציאה של הסירות כדי לעשות טיולים על האגם. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ועשירה, הצוות ממש ממש מקסים ונחמד, עוזר במה שצריך. המלון עצמו ממש יפה, מלא בגנים עם נופים עוצרי נשימה. יש במלון בית קפה ממש יפה גם מול האגם עם קינוחים ממש טעימים !

אנחנו ישנו בקומה הראשונה בבניין החדש יותר. שמענו ממש את כל מי שהולך מחוץ לדלתות, כי זה ממש על החנייה וגם הצוות עובר שם כל הזמן. היה מאוד מאוד רועש. בנוסף, החדרים עצמם ישנים ולא מתוחזקים. כן היה נקי אבל הכל מאוד ישן. הזרם של המים במקלחת היה חלש מאוד.. וגם לוקח למים המון זמן להתחמם. חסר בחדר מיני מקרר כדי לשים דברים.
