O destaque desse hotel é a sua vista. Ele está de frente ao lago Atitlan. Tem espaços e jardins que dão vista para o lago que são simplesmente deslumbrantes. O café da manhã não está incluída na diária, mas você pode pagar a parte e o bufet tem várias e boas opções.

O hotel é antigo, construído na década de 1950. Tem algumas partes mais novas. Precisa passar por uma reforma urgente. Tem um potencial incrível para se tornar um super resort de luxo, com a localização e vista do lago, mas por enquanto seus quartos deixam muito a desejar: móveis velhos, escuros, cortinas sujas… O funcionarios são pouco simpáticos, não informam sobre todos os espaços que existem no hotel, te obrigam a usar uma pulseira, mas não explicam a razão disso. Não te informam que a diária já foi cobrada no seu cartão e nem entregam comprovante desse pagamento.

Only good thing was the pool

I booked a room with a king bed, they charged 300Q extra for my spouse. The bathroom were outdated, sink was unleveled, shower pressure was very intense and shower head too high up for shorter people. They had a buffet breakfast but fruits were uncovered and flies seen on the fruits.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien, car l'hôtel est situé tout près de la rue Satander, mais aussi des lanchas pour aller prendre un bateau pourquoi se rendre dans les petits villages autour du lac. Les chambres sont correctes, propres, le lit est confortable. La vue sur le lac est très belle. Il y a une piscine infinie avec vue.

J'ai trouvé que c'était bruyant en soirée. Il y avait des feux d'artifices, on entendait très bien les gens qui parlaient dehors depuis l'intérieur de notre chambre.

The view of the lake and the Volcano is super, and it is very convenient since the boat dock is very close.

The food at the restaurant is just so so and the room is quite noisy at night.

The location is fab. The cafe and pool area right on the lake is stunning and a great spot to hang out and admire the view. Room was comfortable and generally clean.

Toilet was leaking and the staff were not overly helpful in suggesting excursions. Room overlooked the car park and was a bit basic for the price.
