Le personnel était très gentil, le cadre très sympa et la navette pour aller dans le centre très pratique.

La salle de bain (notamment la douche) est très petite et mal isolée. Les chambres sont charmantes mais une rénovation permettrait que les clients soient d’avantage confortable.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir les Cinque Terre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel ainsi que le confort des chambres, très agréables. Le service de navette gratuite, proposé chaque heure pour rejoindre Monterosso al Mare, était un vrai plus, tout comme la communication via WhatsApp, très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était également très satisfaisant. De manière générale, le personnel était attentif et à l’écoute. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, entouré de nature, offrait un cadre paisible et des nuits particulièrement calmes.
