L'ensemble du personnel est très chaleureux et serviable. L'hôtel est charmant et confortable. Éloigné du centre mais système de navette gratuite au top.

"Super séjour aux 5 terres"

Le personnel est très agréable et prend le temps de répondre à chaque demande avec attention. La navette de l'hôtel est un gros plus, il y en a pratiquement toute la journée de 9H jusqu'à 23H et permet de rejoindre rapidement Monterrosso al Mare. Le parking gratuit sur place est également un gros Atout.

Étant venu sur une période où il faisait froid le soir, nous ne pouvions pas réchauffer les chambres grace à la clim réversible car celle-ci était inactive.

Hotel molto pulito ed accogliente, nuovo e moderno. Personale molto gentile, all'arrivo ti accolgono con un caffè. Una navetta gratuita, a disposizioni degli ospiti, ti permette di andare e tornare dal centro del paesino senza avere problemi di parcheggio.

Non è propriamente un difetto, perché la posizione ti consente un soggiorno molto tranquillo
