Great location. Bright and clean

Stairs! Narrow and steep and the bedroom was up a ladder! A little difficult to negotiate in the night on a trip to the bathroom!

Amazing apartment with a great location!

Very clean and excellent location. Great communication from the host. Our room is on the top floor so quite a few stairs. There is a nice lounge area on the ground floor. We also booked the on-site parking which is in a secured garage across the street, very convenient. It's a bit small so may not suit big cars.

The hotel is super centered located, which makes reaching the city center super easy. The room was excellent and Dante the owner is willing to satisfy all your needs, he’s super kind and available.

interesting concept with zero staff-hotel - no need to spend time on check-in/check out. You have all the shared facilities - a kitchen with most things you might need there, and small patio. Overall is clean.

Rooms almost do not have any sound proof: you can hear people / kids walking / running in the room above you, people passing by your room. You can even hear some of the conversations. Squeaking floor, doors also do not help. Another thing is that you are not able to isolate yourself from the outer light, since the door to the bathroom has a window, which disturbed a lot in the light.

The location and whole apartment is really lovely, the view is great.

It was a bit cold for my standards but I guess that’s Belgium (and Netherlands) for you.

The property is very nice, functional and well located. The apartment has a good size, clean with everything you need. The beds including sofa bed were very comfortable. We tried several apartments in Antwerpen and this was the best. The building offers a communal area downstairs which looked cool even if we didn’t use it!

I would not recommend it to family with small children as the stairs are open and super steep. Great for a couple or a family of 3 to 4.

Clean and cozy, with amazing location, everything needed is in the room. Totally recommend it

Parking was I bit too small, but this is everywhere in Antwerpen, just wasn’t ready for this
