Close to the airport.

Booked this hotel for the included airport shuttle, on the day itself I called and there was no airport shuttle anymore. Very disappointing. Also the neighborhood was not the best.

TV was no working and reported it to the staff twice, was still waiting for someone to attend to it by the time i checked out.

The staff doesn’t go out of their way to help you. The receptionist refused to help me order some food. Charging port in my room wasn’t working. They don’t even put out at least 1 bottle of water in the rooms.

The staff was nice and friendly .

There was no working television.

Only the bed was comfortable

Very dirty carpet in room. The bathroom was very dirty, the walls were full of oily marks, and the shower had no water pressure. There is no dstv. No restaurant on premises. The area is very dodgy and did not feel safe at all. Prostitutes were standing on the sidewalk outside the guesthouse. There is nothing extra in your room. Not even a bottle of water. Their power kept going on and off. They give you 3 in 1 coffee sachets to make coffee with. I have no clue how they even got a 4 star rating this is no more than a 1 star accommodation. There was no one at the gate to open up when I arrived, even though prior arrangements were made. Was really a bad experience. Never have I been this disappointed with booking.com. Would not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

the rooms looked nice inside and the yard looked lovely

1: my flight arrived at 8pm so got to the lodge around 8:30pm....it is a very scary area with no street lights.i really felt unsafe,why did i feel unsafe outside????because a rang the door bell for about 15 minutes. i called the reception for about another 10-15min... bo answer... luckily the uber driver honked (hooted) and shouted to open for me. 2: It's near the airport...if you want to rest and have a good sleep....i won't recommend this lodge. 4-6 airplanes flying over the roof since i got to the lodge until 6am where i just decided to stay awake because it was pointless to try and go back to sleep again. the gardener was the only person that was really friendly. bad experience. don't recommend

Good value for money.

No safe for lap top. Access control as the area has a lot of movement of people.

Good security to limit issues but in a slightly dodgy area of town

The location to the airport is nice and the ambience is great.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years or more. The services have greatly decreased. No airport transfer. No prepared meals. And they double charged us, and we are still waiting on the refund. I have really loved staying at Aero Lodge in the past. It is a nice and convenient lodge to the airport. Unfortunately, we have left very disappointed this year and we will unlikely stay here again.
