Aero Guest Lodge

The indoor hotel facilities like garden and swimming pool is very clean. There is also animal decorations in the garden which I like.

The room USB charger does not work so I cannot charge my phone. There is no remotes for my tv in the room so we cannot watch tv.

The freeway was right down the street from the hotel, not a nice neighborhood, sirens all night. Dump trucks, horns blowing, airplanes overhead all night, flies in the room. Would not ever stay again.

Not good communication from property. Waited outside ringing bell for 15 mins and was approached by multiple people. Quite an unsafe area. I still await communication after my complaint.

The receptionist was lovely lady and wifi connection was good

The place was dirty, saw a rat in the middle of the night there were things crawling on them ceiling board. The TV was not connected there water cattle was disgustingly dirty. Bookings.com was not honest in ratings that place a 4 star. I was meant to stay for 3 days but I checked out the following day. Forfeited money that I had already paid. As i hadn't to book another safer accommodation. That establishment is in the unsafe part of Kempton park. I would not recommend it
