The receptionist was very unfriendly There was no hand soup in the toilet Towels were old and looked unhygienic

Most welcoming environment ,Friendly Staff #Nomfundo sweetest Pictures on website are exactly as you see the place life # impressed Pool was clean Optional space to do your own set up like birthdays ,family gatherings etc Vey secured and safe place and all shops are a walking distance

"The ladies (stuff) are not so welcoming."

*The staff (ladies ) , are not welcoming, and have attitude. * we had to go and ask for everything eg bath towels and soap. * cold water to bath. * one would wait for long at the gate before going in or out, the camera is unattended.
