It was ok for one night.

Close to the airport with complimentary transfer

My room smelled very musty. I realised the next morning the carpet was soaking wet and that the roof leaks.

I loved the service that was offered by Ester, the lady was very friendly and met all our needs. I would recommend that they check the TV's and connection in the rooms as we experience issues with connectivity

TV connection.

No TV in room. Room seemed to have been broken into at some stage quick fix done. Furthest room from all felt unsafe.

Nearness to the airport.

Directly under the flight path of the airport and no noise insulation in the rooms. VERY noisy when planes take off. The bathroom lacked features and had no soap or shampoo provided and the lighting was insufficient, The facility was generally run-down and little effort made to improve or renovate. Suitable only for one night near the airport when in transit.

The attention of the staff was good and useful. It is close to the airport.

The area is a bit scary at night. They told us it is not the most safe neighbourhood in JBN. There were care races and music at night, and some aeroplanes fly right above the hotel. The door of the room was in poor condition and the room basic.
