Aero Guest Lodge

I was there just for one night, so not much of experience to speak of. But the fact that I arrived late and the reception lady stayed extra to accept me really humbled me (and really made me feel bad too 🙁) but the service was very welcoming and warm. I enjoyed my stay

Nothing like the photos. Very dodgy area. We were too afraid to leave the room. Shower only worked with scalding hot water, no cold water. Bed sheets clean but honestly Booking.com 4 stars? Dont con the tourist go stay there yourself and reevaluate. We requested an airport meet and greet, confirmed a few times. Very tired after a long international flight no one was tgere to meet us. Called and yes, they had forgotten. An hour later we were picked up.

The reception lady was super friendly. Thats about it.

I implore booking.com to visit the place and experience for yourself. Have done many bookings.com accomodation over the past 20 years. How did this place get a platform on your site. I thi k you do not do enough verification.

The hotel is very close to the airport and it has a free transportation to and from the airport. Its passable if you need to stay for one night, to catch a flight on the next day. It has a nice garden

We didn't have water in the bathroom. We asked someone to check what's the problem, but they just confirmed that there is no water. So we were supposed to shower in some of the other rooms (We had several rooms because we were 10 people group of friends). But they didn't offer to change our room or anything else....

Stayed many times and still good. Staff still really kind and helpful. Airport shuttle operating again (after suspension due to accident- but Uber is always around)

Doesn't seem as popular and getting a little tired with loss of atmosphere. Pool seating area, honesty bar, no evening food anymore (delivery only), not what it used to be.

Nothing it was a nightmare!!!

A nightmare!! Nobody in the lodge in the morning, driver who was supposed to do a transfer didn’t show up , no one at the reception, no Ist answering call even emergency phone, like a ghost lodge, worse the gate was closed without any possibility to open it ( nobody around ) so coudnt even call a Uber as I was stuck inside without any possibility to get out ! 2 other guests with me in the same situation waiting for a transfer to the airport . I really recommand to NOT book this place it’s not only unprofessional it’s DANGEROUS. If anyone was sick even an ambulance wouldn’t have been able to come in! Forgot to mention the driver who finally showed up very late walking slower than a tortoise and having a beer at not even 8am as he was driving back to the hotel ! INACCEPTABLE
