"In short a very good stay- my comments are nitpicking. The room had nice touches for conviences."

Breakfast was a good buffet. Would like to have creamer already on the table and not have to ask for it. Food was hot and tasty.

On dinner service one plate of appetizers was served hot and the other lukewarm. The chef needs to improve the dipping sauces for the appetizers. The cocoanut shrimp and the calamari

"Excellent customer service, clean rooms and close to highways."

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was close to plenty of shops and services and the parking lot was huge, so plenty of parking close to the hotel. The neighborhood was safe and you could walk around the entire downtown Newark, Ohio area. Our rooms were close together as we requested and the rooms were spacious and clean. There is also a Starbucks and and the hotel restaurant located in the hotel lobby.

Didn't have breakfast available

They argued about my having a reservation. Told me to call booking.com. I asked to speak to a manager, was told there wasn't one. A man heard me and came out, asked what he could help with. We told him and he found our reservation with no problem. That lady sure was nice the rest of our stay.
