Residence Inn by Marriott Houston I-10 West/Park Row

It was a safe place to stay. I thought the security was lacking until they showed up later during the week.

Why did the maids kick me out early? I still had a day left on my rental when they moved me out of the room. The traffic pattern within the area made it difficult to get out to the freeway.

Our room at this hotel was canceled, and we did not stay here. They stated that they had a computer error and that the room was canceled inadvertently. They did not have anything, and we were left trying to find another place at midnight on Saturday night/Sunday morning.

We had a problem with our reservation thru Booking. Jasmine, the ass't manager, went WAY above and beyond to help get it straightened out. She was cheerful and friendly, and helped make a stressful situation almost fun. The accommodations were excellent.
