Residence Inn by Marriott Houston I-10 West/Park Row

Breakfast at 8 am- no eggs, no plates, orange juice tasted bad, Tub and restroom sink were clogged when using. Water did not go down when showering or brushing my teeth- Restroom floor was dirty and towels were damp- they brought me new towels and those were damp as well The ladies at the counter were friendly and awesome Bed was super comfy Coffee was good Room 325

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the pool. Lobby is very nice as well.

Great room.

Front desk was friendly and courteous. The cleaning staff were helpful and helped me move rooms because my cooktop was not working in my initial room. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining area is fresh and modern. I stayed a total of 5 nights and cooked my own dinners in the room, H-E-B and other grocery stores are close by. I used the on site gym every night and the pool looked inviting but I didn’t use it.

Manager was great. Room was fantastic and breakfast was really good with full buffet.
