Front Desk : Arjun who helped us out at the Checkin The Gym is Got just enough Equipment the Rose Garden is 2 Mins Walk away and Pool is a Wondeful Chillout place All in all it’s 5 Star Rating. I’m honestly very lazy when it comes to writing reviews, but this is one place where I just cannot help myself. Every single time I leave Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh, I leave genuinely happy ,and I truly feel people who create experiences like this deserve appreciation and recognition. This must easily be my 20th–25th stay at this property, and somehow it just keeps getting better every single time. As someone who has spent years in hospitality myself, I truly believe if anyone wants to understand the art of personalization and genuine hospitality, they should experience this hotel once. What makes this place truly special is not just the beautiful property or the prime location , it’s the people. Every single visit feels like coming back home. The warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by the staff is honestly a masterclass in hospitality. A very special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Sohaib Kidwai, who leads this incredible team so gracefully. His presence, professionalism, and personal involvement in the guest experience are clearly reflected throughout the hotel. A huge appreciation as well to Deepak, the ever-charming F&B Director and a true hospitality professional who always ensures that every experience feels personalized and memorable. Special mention to Harish, the Restaurant Manager, who runs the dining operations beautifully along with his wonderful team. Their warmth, attentiveness, energy, and consistency are one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back. They don’t just serve food ,they create an experience. Whether it’s breakfast, special requests for the kids, or simply remembering guest preferences, the entire team makes you feel genuinely cared for. Chef Harish deserves a very special mention too. The culinary experience at this hotel has genuinely become one of the highlights of our stay every single time. The flavors, presentation, consistency, and attention to detail are outstanding. You can genuinely feel the passion in the food. My kids absolutely love the food here and always look forward to every meal at the hotel. Big thanks as well to Narendra, Vivek, Bipasha, Dini, Ankit, and Abhishek from the F&B team for always making us feel so comfortable and looked after. And Nakul from the Front Office truly stands out. Always smiling, extremely courteous, efficient, and someone who genuinely understands guest relations. From check-in to every small interaction, he makes the experience seamless, warm, and welcoming. In today’s world, finding hotels with good infrastructure is easy. Finding a hotel with heart is rare , and Hyatt Centric Chandigarh truly has one. I sincerely hope the Hyatt family understands how precious people like these are to their brand, because teams like this are the real reason guests keep coming back. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we felt right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed with a great view. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, were well-maintained. I also highly recommend dining at the on-site restaurant, where the breakfast spread was delicious. Its convenient location made exploring the city and the shopping vibe a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will certainly return!

Seraj from Housekeeping kept my room extremely clean and well-maintained with excellent hygiene standards. His amazing towel art added a special touch to my stay. Mr. Pritam, Housekeeping Manager, ensured that my stay was very comfortable. He puts great effort not only into guest satisfaction but also into maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests around. He truly demonstrated excellent managerial skills and professionalism throughout my stay.
