Personnels sourients

Propreté du bain a jet, les jets etaient degeulasse je ne les pas utilisé. Grosse toile d'arraigné a cote du climatiseur et il fesait super gros de bruit. Le lit defoncer ou super mou jai le dos barrer. La puscine exterieur non fonctionnel, un spa dehors non plus et celui a l'interieur aussi. Lautre ne fonctionne pas super bien et les jets dans piscine a linterieur non plus. Le coupe son de la porte decalissé alors bruit de porte toute la matinee.

"Great hotel"

Lovely hotel in a great location - however miles from Petit Train du Nord path for walkers - luckily we could get an uber. Bus stop nearby for bus to Prevost station to walk the route. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was clean, easy to exchange towels for pool. Staff very nice, easy to check in and out.

The bed was lumpy. Too soft. The indoor hot tub the chemicals they used the fumes burn my eyes. Came back from a long day visiting family, when we got to our room our key card would not work, had to go to front desk and wait in line for new cards due to 1 person at front desk. Our last night there the fire alarm went off at 2am. Now we are in lobby, in pj's waiting 1/2 hrs for fire dept to get there to turn it off. Then it went off 2 more times. Will not be staying there again.
