Staff pleasant enough and friendly. Not too far from station. Generally clean and kept in order. Cheap

Hotel needs a policy on strong foods, Someone was cooking or eating some very foul foods which seeped through floorboards into my room. Literally a toenail on the floor by the bed! Bed base looked grimey. Furniture has seen better days General wierd smell in room - toilet cleaner?

"Don’t even think about staying there!"

Customer service was terrible, I had booked a double room and paid £70 online, and went there at 23:00, they told me they are fully booked! Just because someone else went there before me. I can’t believe how rude they were! Don’t even think about going there! What a bad experience did I have with them!

Stayed here and really liked it! The room was super clean, bed was comfy, and everything from the sheets to the towels was fresh. They had coffee and tea in the room, and the staff at reception were so nice — even helped me carry my bag to the second floor. Room service kept everything tidy, and free parking was a big bonus. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.
