"Besides the water not getting hot everything else was fine"

The staff where friendly and polite and patient, they allowed us to check in and out late. The room was clean.

The water was hot in the night and very cold in the morning we ran it for a long time and it never got hot not even warm, I had to take a cold shower in the morning.

"Keep away!! Very dirty smelly hotel. Below zero score"

Nothing. Don't stay here!!

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Sewage stink coming from the bathroom kept me up all night. Didn't sleep at all. 01:00 loud noise from reception staff very annoying. Keep away.

The bed was comfy, tea and coffee available in the room.

The smell when you walked in The shower wouldn’t get hot so had to wash in the sink The room wouldn’t warm up
