Location is the best, right at the lake shore. You can see it from the restaurant, or the pool. Very friendly staff. If you depart early, before breakfast - tell them a day before, they'll prepare a very good snacks bag for you

Privacy curtains with all the dorm beds Nightlamp with each bed Hot showers with good water pressure Free breakfast with a lot of choice. If you have to leave early they can instead of breakfast make you a free package to go with a sandwich, apple, snack and juice which I think is a nice extra service. Staff is friendly and there's a 24hr reception.

Booked a 6 bed and they put me in an 8 bed. I asked for an extra pillow but they said they couldn't give me one.

Location, pools, food

Bed bugs. We stayed in the hostel portion and got absolutely eaten alive. They only moved us from the infected bed , left everyone else in the infected room, and didn’t offer a refund or any compensation. We actually got moved to a cheaper room and charged the same amount. If it wasn’t for this it would have been a very nice experience but of course having bed bugs really kills any major positives

Great location in Flores, nice staff and comfy beds

Dorms are too smalls with no window and little space to move inside. The pool is not as it looks on the pictures at all !

Special mention to the front desk person Sandy. She really helped me out with flight changes, went above and beyond. The room was nice, sharing one bathroom with 6 people it was quite dirty but once the cleaners came through it was fine. great location and if you aren't there in the morning for breakfast they make a sandwich for you to take with you.
