This is one of the most best places I’ve ever stayed amazing staffs especially Melanie she helped me with everything I needed. Service is amazing the pool is great with great view. Thanks again

Outdoor tours a bit pricy than other agencies but not a big difference

I’ve been around the world quite a bit and this is one of the best budget places I’ve stayed at. Breakfast included in the dorm-room option was the regular hotel breakfast menu from the in house restaurant, and the pool area was delightful. They accidentally double booked me when I extended, so some dude was in my bed when I came back from Tikal. They quickly sorted it out by putting me in a private room in their sister hotel next door for my remaining two days.

When they moved me next door, I accidentally forgot my hat in the dorm room, which I discovered when packing the next day at 10pm (was checking out 5:30 am the following day). The receptionist refused to let me open the door and look for it and have a quick look on the lockers, which pissed me off- It’s a dorm room and the “noise” would have been equivalent to one of the 6 ppl “sleeping” going to the restroom that was outside the room. Ive probably spent 1000 nights in dorms over the last ten years and that’s just ridiculous.

clean, hot shower, breakfast was good, the swimming is small but really nice

Great hostel, with a beautiful location right on the water. The hostel organised a packed lunch when we had early morning tours instead of the free breakfast & even gave us breakfast to go when we had an early morning flight.

The outdoor pool is quite small

Very tropical landscapes. Quiet, rooms not as clean travelers come and go. Beds comfortable bedding clean, no privacy curtains. Showers and bathroom clean not very close to some dorms. Great staff!!

Nice pool, lovely view from the pool / restaurant of the sunset, decent enough breakfast.
