Booked this hotel through Easyjet holidays and having read some reviews we actually found it better than expected. Very central for travelling to and from the airport, only 6 mins by train. Hotel situated beside the train station so lots of trams and buses on the doorstep. However, this also brings with it some traffic noise which is only to be expected. Rooms fairly well appointed although I would have appreciated a walk-in shower instead of having to clamber into a deep bath, so it's not for those with mobility issues. I'm also not a fan of glass bathroom walls and no locks on bathroom doors even when the glass is opaque. The rooms were made up every day if requested. Breakfast was a bit lacklustre and quite basic. Don't expect a decent cup of tea! The staff were friendly and helpful. Best tip: contact the hotel the day before you travel and ask for the Geneva travel pass link. This gives you free travel around Central Geneva as well as to and from the airport for the duration of your stay.

I loved the room, especially with a window that opened to the outside! The bed was not the most comfortable, but the location was great and the value was good. The staff was very nice and they provided a converter for the power as well!

Spent a 4-night stay for a business trip. Even being a mysophobia, the hygiene was more than good. Clean bedding, clean kettle, etc Warm room with good air. Honestly, breakfast choices were limited, but quality were good, cheese finely cut, vege fresh, sausages well seared. Views from breakfast room perfectly wide. Location extremely convenient, being exactly near the main train, tram and bus station, easy for me anytime to stop by for toilet, or putting down souvenir, then go back to the city right away.
