Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff

Great location

We have stayed here multiple times before (when it was Sleeperz as well) and never had no problems,lovely clean room with all neccessities that you need. The staff are very pleasant also on reception and we both had a lovely tasty breakfast there in the morning 😊 ,thank you Four Points Flex we will definitely return.

Property was super easy to access, staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy.

The room just could have been a little bit bigger!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, great central location, very close to the station and bus routes, great shower pressure. They also upgraded our room which was kind of them.

No issues at all.

I've stayed here a few times as an economy option after seeing a show in Cardiff. For a very good nightly rate you get a comfy bed with TV, coffee making facilities, a small but adequate ensuite shower and loo. The rooms are warm and there is an aircon unit over the door. It's very close to the station and walking distance to the city centre. There's a friendly bar next to Reception and a good buffet breakfast available in the morning.

I can't really think of anything.

My daughter loves the bank bed for family room. The staff is kind and the place is very convenient. I think it's good for quick stay by the station.
