"-謝謝Joya的幫忙讓我能提前入住，太感謝他了！態度非常溫和友善！ -沒有24小時的服務櫃檯 -這次住的房間有點像半地下室，淋浴間應該要有兩面玻璃但我的房間只有一片，問題不大只是地板會濕濕的 -進去的時候發現熱水壺裡面還有1/3的水"

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt, was für Unternehmungen ideal ist.

Beschwerde über den Hotelaufenthalt 1. Massive Probleme beim Check-in Am Abend meiner Anreise war kein Zugang zum Hotel möglich. Trotz mehrfacher Telefonate fühlte sich niemand verantwortlich. Letztlich musste ich bei Regen ca. 20 Minuten zu einem anderen Hotel laufen, um dort meinen Schlüssel abzuholen. Diese mangelhafte Administration ist inakzeptabel. 2. Mangelhaftes Frühstücksangebot Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr offiziell zur Verfügung steht, war das Buffet zu diesem Zeitpunkt fast komplett leer. Ich musste mit den Resten vorliebnehmen, musste aber den vollen Preis bezahlen. 3. Missachtung der Check-out-Zeiten Obwohl mein Zimmer regulär bis 11:00 Uhr reserviert war, wurde ich bereits um 09:00 Uhr durch das Klopfen der Reinigungskraft gestört. Dies ist sehr unhöflich und widerspricht der Buchungsvereinbarung. Fazit: Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen kann ich Ihr Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen.
