Leider absolut gar nichts, der ganze Aufenthalt war die reinste Zumutung.

Ich habe 2 Nächte gebucht, bin nach der ersten Nacht abgereist, da ich absolut null geschlafen hatte und einfach entsetzt war über den Service dieses Hotels. Wo soll man hier nun anfangen… von unmöglicher Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, null Unterstützungsleistung bei Problemen, Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit über 26 Grad Innentemperatur (Verweigerung Zimmerwechsel - obwohl ich ein ganz anderes gebucht hatte), unsauberes Zimmer - unter dem Bett lagen benutzte Pflaster/Verpackung von Kontaktlinsen/Haare - einfach widerlich! Rezeption kaum besetzt, obwohl Zimmerwechsel und Service versprochen. Ich bin entsetzt und habe wirklich viel Hotelerfahrung, aber niemals vorher so etwas erlebt!

The Location to Messe.

The room has no air conditioning. Old furniture and the bathroom wasnt very functional. The corridor has a nasty smell. Outside is a firestation which was really bad for sleeping.
