Lovely welcome after a long hike across the Cheviots, very comfortable room, nice hot shower, delicious breakfast with lots of choice, lovely packed lunch too with homemade tray bake.

"Comfortable friendly B&B in Wooler"

Very comfortable rooms. Thoughtful touches like a little fridge outside our room with fresh milk and cold drinking water. Very easy access up steps to the centre of town. Delicious home cooked breakfast

"Highly recommended place to stay."

The room was clean comfortable and spacious. Good quality tasty breakfast which catered for Gluten Free request. The home grown fruit was an added bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to advise on local facities and hiking routes.

No grumbles at all.

"Disappointing and cold"

Cup of tea on arrival and breakfast was good!

The room was cold and when we asked the hosts if the heating could be switched on we were told that it would come on for an hour in the evening and an hour in the morning! We came back from our evening meal to a room which was still cold and damp and there was no offer of blankets or a heater. Had a very uncomfortable night's sleep where we put ON clothes instead of taking them off!!! Would not visit again.
