Perfect location and hosts, who made our short stay truly excellent in every way. Great breakfast set us up for the day, and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and friendly - the consummate [professionals in all aspects. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Kelso.

The breakfast was fantastic quality, our horses were very helpful and informative on local things to do! and the location was excellent

Didn’t like is very harsh but bathroom slightly tight but not a real issue

Fantastic location, Graham and Hilary were lovely hosts, breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great. If I had one suggestion it would be to not have a sleigh bed in the smaller bedroom- it was very comfortable but took up a lot of space!

The breakfast was outstanding.

The shower and toilet was very cramped and the wash basin was in the bedroom! There was plenty of space to make a large bathroom. No spare plug sockets or usb ports
