Gunung Merta Bungalows

Very realxing and calm place to live. No outside noises at all. Really beautiful and calming view of the forest from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpfull. I recommend!

Nothing. BEWARE this hotel is not accessible for people unable to climb alot of stairs! Bungalows start on level 2 which is up 16 steep & narrow steps. No vehicle entry to hotel. Drop off will be on the busy street & you need to lug your bags up 12 steps to get into the hotel grounds.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here due to the number of stairs to the accommodation/ room and one of our guests unable to climb lots of stairs (2 knee surgeries). The photos don't show the number of steps to get into the hotel, throughout the grounds and to get to the rooms. 12 steps up to the hotel itself (with no other entry point) and 16 steep & narrow steps to the rooms. I was under the impression we had booked a ground floor room but the bungalows are actually on the second floor with the loft being the third floor. When we arrived I asked the staff if there were any more steps to our room as my aunt had already struggled to get up the 12 steps into the hotel grounds. The staff assured us there were no more steps. They checked us in and took us to the 16 steep steps going up to our room and said "up there". We again advised that my Aunt couldn't get up to those stairs. We had to book elsewhere and when booking.com requested a refund for us, the accommodation refused to respond & did not provide any refund. OTHER THINGS WE OBSERVED: - when we arrived I had to walk around to find someone to greet us & check us in. The reception was not clearly marked and noone was in the reception area - The staff we spoke to didn't speak alot of English and clearly had trouble understanding our concerns - The grounds appeared old & run down (we didn't get to see the rooms as we couldn't even get to them)

ロケーション最高！歩いて1-2分ぐらいの所に大きなスーパーもあってとても便利だった。部屋のバルコニーから見える景色にはすごく癒される。朝ご飯も部屋まで持ってきてくれて、綺麗な景色を見ながらゆったりと食べることができる。スタッフもとても親切で気持ちが良い。総合的に宿泊料は大変お得感がある。

朝早くはシャワーのお湯が出ないみたい。言われたとおり10分以上流して待っていたが、冷たい水のままだった。

El hotel estaba muy bien, pero había demasiada humedad en las habitaciones. La habitación que era de 3 personas, en el altillo no se podía dormir. Mucho ruido algunas noches, se escuchaba música de algún pub. Las ventanas estaban mal acondicionadas. Desayuno muy escaso

Wifi was hard to connect to at times

This was an amazing stay at a really sweet property. The staff were incredible. The room was clean. The service was amazing and they even gave us a little bracelet at the end of our day to say thank you. It’s close to lots of really good food and drink places, easy to get to and from and considering it it’s on a main road super quiet. Highly recommend anyone stay here and we would absolutely come back!
