Rod was a brilliant host. Breakfast was nice. Relaxing due to japanese theme 😊 and close to town. Would stay again.

Lovely, comfy, quaint

Stopped in the cottage. Lovely duplex with seating and bathroom downstairs and bedroom up. Really good shower. Excellent bed, bedding and towels but just be advised with the Japanese theme the bed is very low. Rod was a lovely host and cooks an excellent breakfast. The garden is beautiful.

Lovely little family cottage. Perfect for a break away. Helpful host. Near to the small town centre where there’s a hand full of very nice restaurants.

Great Grade 2 listed property with all the idiosyncrasies you'd expect. Rod was an attentive host and the only thing missing was some air con on this unusually hot weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our first travel after lockdown and it was such a great choice! Rod, the owner, had been busy working in the garden and it was a joy to walk around in the morning. Great place, excellent service, and a very good location to explore SW Kent. We will be back.
