It was warm & close to everything we needed for the weekend.

Room 17 toilet ran all night Only had warm water for shower. Not hot enough even with the hot tap on full.

Executive Spa Suite was very comfortable. Very spacious parking area undercover. Great food at pub next door.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable

Pleasantly surprised by the modern and pristine unit we stayed in. Lovely bed and sheets, all necessities on hand, including ironing board and hairdryer. No noise at night. Close to CBD.

Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Pretty happy with the room size, the bed was comfortable, however it would have been nice to have firmer pillows. Very impressed with the generous amount of teabags/ instant coffee/ sugar sachets supplied. We had asked for a hot breakfast which was delivered to our room exactly on time. The Lake View hotel just a few metres away was an excellent place to have dinner.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy each time the light switch was turned on and made a very rattly sound. The light outside the bathroom also flickered a couple of minutes after turning that on, which was distracting.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped room. (Toaster, kettle, mini bar) Very comfortable bed. Great location. Very quiet despite its closeness to the main street. Compendium provided great recommendations for local food, drinks and attractions. Easy to book and pay for. Breakfast was offered with a great menu.

Stairs to the room are very steep.
