"Given the above - disappointing!"

Online

All accommodation was upstairs with no lift - we are 75 and have disabilities. Had great difficulty getting luggage up to room. Also disabled car bay was used by Tradies. Importantly non of this was outlined in the booking info online.

A guest drinking and smoking outside their room, with a portable heater at night and early in the morning. Just a bit of a bad look.

The beds were comfy, the TV was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and they provided with some spots to eat and see in their info pack

At nighttime there was a light outside my room that made the room light up, even with the blind in the room.
