Great location near the lake and town centre. Great pub next door for meals.

A bit of road noise at night.

location was excellent, room was clean, bathroom excellent. parking good,

there was no cutlery. a butter knife would have been handy. and an extra towel. You can here water / drains from shower above. beds not very comfy

We stayed in the spa studio which is a recently refurbished room with a lovely corner spa and outdoor sitting area. I didn't actually see anyone as we checked in with a key box but communication via phone and text from management was excellent, very clear and very prompt.

Being very picky, there needs to be some ability to have some lights that can be dimmed or have lower wattage globes. Even the bedside table lights were very bright and not very romantic :)

As an overnight business motel stay, this was ok. The bed was comfortable enough, the parking was very good, and it was quiet. I think there are drainage problems though, as there was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. It had a stocked minibar, which is somewhat surprising to me, so that was a plus if you like that kind of amenity. Overall, this was ok and quite serviceable, but a bit dated for my taste.
