I absolutely loved this place. The photos shown here are lovely, but don’t even do it justice- for me it was even better in person! The staff are very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, the dining rooms are so lovely, and the food was delicious!! The guest room was really spacious, the bathroom was like heaven!! (Deep soaker tub, separate shower, etc. all modern). I can’t rave enough about this place - I can’t wait to return one day! There’s al so a pub on-site - we were travelling with a little one so we didn’t go to the pub, but I’m sure it’s as great as the rest of the property!

Absolutely charming rooms, full bath with massive tub, comfortable bed, quiet, peaceful, serene, romantic...with a restaurant and chef that were superb - and a very very friendly and accommodating staff

The staff were wonderful, assisting us with info, and even chatting about the building. Great service for dinner as well.

Staff and customer service was brilliant. They were very engaging, friendly and supportive. Food was delicious and great value for money. Location and building stunning. Lots of walking and running routes locally.

What a great property! A beautiful country escape. Great food (and drink, especially in the charming Stable Bar), great staff, and great grounds. Highly recommended.

Alistair at front desk/breakfast/everywhere was a great, welcoming character. Nothing was too much trouble, stopped short of asking him to tuck me in as I'm sure he would have 😂😂😂

Great last minute booking as we drove south from Inverness. Arrived late but great cheerful service from reception and in the Stable bar for an evening meal.

the room was a bit small but clean. No fridge, an ancient tv, no fan . The breakfast was terrible, anaemic toast, overcooked bacon etc...the same in the restaurant. Menu choices like take away and poor quality cooking, if they used simple fresh ingredients and tweaked the presentation and trained the waiting staff then it would be a popular place.
