It is in a great location. We loved the jetted tub. And the staff were all wonderful! We requested a second chair in the room and they were quick to bring it to us. It was quiet and private.

The lighting wasn't great... pretty dark in the room. And our biggest frustration was the TV. It kept asking for the wifi password and then when we got it on the cable, that box would pop up over and over.... it was annoying. And each time we turned it off to go somewhere it was the same frustration all over again when we turned it back on. The bed was very firm, which some people may like but I didn't.

The room temperature, and hot water were great

The room had cobwebs in the corner. the toilet was filthy. There were hairs in the sink and bathtub.
