אבל החדר קטן מידי. אין מקום לפתוח מזוודה ועדיין להסתובב בחדר. צפוף מאוד. אין שידה ליד המיטה. המזוודה שלא היה לה מקום הפכה לשידה. חבל כי המקום מצוין והצוות מקסים

The staff is exceptional, really going the extra mile to make your stay the best experience. The location is excellent, rooms clean, comfortable and cool facing on the main pedestrian street of Sorrento

The noise from the revellers late into the night

The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is good, in the old town center. But as it is in the old town, carpark is actually not possible. So, we had to park our car in a chartered carpark garage a few hundred meters away and took the shuttle bus to a location close of the hotel. The car park guy is very friendly and helpful. The lift is cute and small, maybe too small. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. Newly decorated, clean and comfortable.

Localização excelente, fica bem no centro de sorrento, próximo à mercado, restaurantes, lojas e etc. Quarto muito limpo e moderno - ponto alto foi o dyson no banheiro. Atendentes muito simpáticas e solicitas.

Essa hospedagem não é bem um hotel, não conta com recepção 24h e serviços que hotéis oferecem. O elevador, por exemplo, só funciona das 8h às 23h, então caso tenhas que fazer check out mais cedo, precisa descer as malas pelo elevador na noite anterior ou encarar as escadas.
