Great welcome, nice public areas, large room, in room refreshments

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, poor ventilation (too warm in attic room), en suite not clean with some broken fixtures and fittings, no prior warning about number of steps to room and no other access option. Overall, online reviews didn't align with our experience.

Lovely location....easy parking with permit....excellent food.... Staff that go above and beyond thanks so much Claire 🙏 I shall be back, next time with the family ♥️

The staff were helpful in storing my bike overnight in a garage. My room was very comfortable and I was able to relax after my bike ride from Bridlington. I had a delicious breakfast that set me up for the next stage of my journey.

Lovely building, lovely welcome, lovely room - for a room described as a small double (due to the sloping ceiling) it was more spacious than many we've stayed in! Had everything we needed. Delicious food in the cafe downstairs - great brunchy choices

Lovely clean room, bed was so comfortable and breakfast was perfect, would definitely stay again

Room could do with a full length mirror but this is literally my only (very minor) complaint

We had a lovely room in the attic and, although we were told about them and there were warning signs, we kept banging our head on the beams! Our fault, not theirs!
