Everything was to my satisfaction. The room was clean, spacious, light and warm. The staff I met were helpful and pleasant.

Really liked this place, we were in room 1 downstairs and worried a little that it would be noisy because of the adjoining cafe that was quite busy when we arrived, but it really wasn’t the case, really friendly staff, fabulous breakfast and great location for a walk into Scarborough, really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend 😊

Nothing to dislike.

"Fabulous."

The bed was so comfy, best nights sleep for ages and breakfast was one of the best I have had.

Nothing to not like, I reckon parking could be tricky at times but we didn't have a problem.

We really liked the location near the south bay. My daughter really liked the comfortable bed! The staff were friendly particularly one lady who made an effort to chat with us and my daughter liked her. Breakfast was nice particularly the poacherld eggs. It was clean and tidy and the cafe was a nice addition.

The breakfast selection was limited in continental options. We appreciate Kellogg's the cereal choice but felt it lacked pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt options. We would have liked fresh milk and water for the room but appreciate this is a luxury preference.

"Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay next time in Scarborough."

Claire was fab and very welcoming. Breakfast was great and good value for money. Child friendly meals. Lovely accommodation and we would definitely stay again.

Nothing at all to dislike tbh!
