"Great stay in Harrogate, would 100% book again!"

Great location, really sweet, family run business. Very friendly hosts, AMAZING breakfast!

The toilet and water system in the top floor are very, very loud. Would not stop us booking again but something to bear in mind for quiet sleepers to remember to take ear plugs :)

Not for from centre, fabulous breakfast , tea and coffee facility.. fabulous hospitality..

Needs a mirror above the dressing table, we were in the attic, and it just needed a touch-up of paint .

Room totally clean but needs declutter and bathroom needs tlc. Big thing for me is smell from kitchen permeates bedroom and made me feel uncomfortable … this spoilt my stay and I will not return because of this sadly

Well located for the convention centre, shops and restaurants. Street parking available and a short walk from the station. Cosy B&B. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful owners.
