"I would definitely choose to stay here again."

The location was perfect for access to the Convention Centre, transport connections, shops and all the main attractions. The owners were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I particularly liked the fact that they cater fully for vegans and vegetarians and can adapt their menu for gluten free guests too (with notice).

I couldn't get iPlayer to work on the TV, but I know I could have asked for help with this!

Lovely breakfast - certainly didn't go hungry. Amazing location for visiting Harrogate. Hosts were very friendly and made you feel very comfortable.

Only one very small criticism was that the smell of breakfast cooking from the kitchen lingered in the bedroom for a while. Our bedroom was above the kitchen though.

Lovely welcome, clean & plenty of extras. Great location & amazing breakfast

The mattress was a little too soft for me otherwise I would mark it up I slept on the sofa bed which was much better & this won't stop me booking again

"A little gem of a Hotel."

Just come back for a couple of days in Harrogate and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beds were lovely and comfy and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of nice little touches as well. The breakfasts were AMAZING and you certainly didn't want much for the rest of the day. Thank you very much Jill and Dave.
