Staff very helpful and friendly. Confortable rooms

Location is very center. Walking distance to Main Street and lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and other stuff. Swakopmund is beautiful city to explore and walk around. Hotel Rooms are big and had only one small heater in corner, if you are there during winter season rooms gets chilly. There are blankets in cabinets to use at night. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shower water is tricky, not constantly hot, suddenly it gots cold middle of shower.

Everything! The location is awesome, and it was easier for us to access the main routes in and out of the city and around the city itself. This was the second property we stayed at during our visit to the city. Next time, it's our first and only choice.

Nothing serious, really! Minor issues: 1. Parking space was a challenge, but this was made up for by good security in front of the property 2. A part of the wall in the room obscured the mounted TV set, which necessitated repositioning the bed.

Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. My room did not have an aircon and as it was summer, mornings in the room can be very warm. Otherwise the facilities were good value for money.

Beds could have been comfier and the presence of a ceiling fan or standing fan would help.
