The Location

1. No secure parking for your Vehicle, limited parking space 2. Stairs in Family Room not child friendly 3. If you were not early for breakfast then you get empty trays, not sufficient 4. The rooms have magnetic cards and each room should only have 1 card to access, well to our surprise, on the 2nd night someone entered our room during the night with a different card, we did report it the next morning and were told the owner will speak to us the same day, when we arrived at our room that night, the owner was sitting outside when asked to speak to them we were told she will see us the next day, the next day we only got a sorry, so the question how save is this establishment really?

I would suggest smart TVs and fans in the room. Overall a very nice experience and stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Quant and spotless hotel, very central, the food was excellent all namibian meat, i cant get enough of the steaks or lambchops, staff went out of their way several times to accomodate requests, and were just generally lovely to deal with.

Hotel is conveniently located which makes it easy to move around Swakopmund, it is located in proximity to many local landmark features. It is also clean and all the staff are quite friendly....
