Hotel Leonessa

Have stayed at this hotel several times for long stays durung my family visits to the area. I like this hotel and would like to come back especially since Alessandro, one of the concierge is a wonderful person and helped us with a delicate issue this visit. However, I have asked for rooms facing the front twice and was not given one. I wonder why as hotel was not full at all. Also, usual problems with negotiating the garage.

The lady at the desk had a condescending attitude. First room given smelled cigarette and pillows were dirty, so we asked for another room. Second room , the sheet were dirty it looked like someone walked with shoes on it. Rooms are cheap and not well taken care of. In the end we asked to be refunded so we could leave. The lady accepted. Apart from her, the rest of the staffs were kind and sorry for us. It is more like a 2 stars hotel. Not recommended.

Business like oriented ,easy access to airport,big shopping center across the street and very good restaurant .nice,clean,good service, furnitures a little outdated.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage und ist insgesamt sehr schick. Die Zimmer sind modern gehalten und werden jeden Tag gründlich sauber gemacht; wenn man auch ab und an die Nachbarn durch die Wand reden hören kann, trotzdem zufriedenstellend. Wir haben jeden morgen dort gefrühstückt und waren von der Vielfalt begeistert; nach einer Woche ist man dann aber auch froh, mal wieder etwas anderes zu haben (das meiste sind eben süße Backwaren). Besonders gut hat uns das Personal gefallen. Im Hotel Leonessa sind alle sehr freundlich und vor allem hilfsbereit. Man hat das Gefühl, dass sie einem stets den Tag verschönern wollen. Also: Gerne wieder!

Le stanze che danno sulla piazza sono troppo rumorose a causa dei locali. Fino alle quattro del mattino era un continuo di persone che chiacchierano.

Das Zimmer war Standard und bot alles Notwendige. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, vor allem Liebhaber von süßen Speisen, kommen auf ihre Kosten. Bei schönem Wetter hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Vesuv. Vor allem die hoteleigene Garage ist sehr praktisch.

There is nothing to do around town, and the hotel had a restaurant and bar going. The fireworks all night, and dog barking in the room next to me sucked, but nothing to do w the hotel.

Tutto bene ma niente di eccezionale. Albergo datato e si vede, colazione migliorabile. Per il resto un ottimo hotel.
