Staff was wonderful upon check in! There was free parking on site and a nice restaurant on site as well! Small and convenient hotel not to far from all the wonderful things that Napoli has to offer!

I once again stayed at this hotel for a long family vacation. While I love aspects of this hotel, such as the nice AC, the spacious rooms, the great breakfast served in a beautiful room with terrace overlooking the area and the nice Alessandro at the front desk, I will probably never return as: 1- The shower stall is a deathtrap. Both my wife and I fell badly in its narrow space and very slippery floor. (I can only imagine how a fat man or pregnant woman could do serious damage to themselves). 2- The garage is a worse nightmare than in the past. Totally dark, no overhead light, tiny cubicles surrounded by columns, delivery vans occupying more than one space I scratched my rented car twice in three days causing Euros 1,100 of damage, STAY AWAY!!

Very nice staff and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
