Hotel Leonessa

Soggiorno di 5 notti non certo da 4 stelle ( almeno non ora rispetto al passato) ho lamentato dal mio arrivo la scarsa pulizia della camera ogni giorno, servizio colazione ottimo solo gli ultimi due giorni ( i primi giorni i vassoi alle 9.30 erano vuoti) mi sarei aspettata delle scuse o quantomeno uno sconto sul prezzo alla partenza ( il prezzo si che è di un hotel a 4 stelle) Molto delusa

Perfekter Blick auf den Vesuv, geräumige Zimmer, da das Restaurant im Hotel geschlossen war - kostenloser Shuttle ins Partner-Lokal "La Pino"

Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, Dachterrasse war beim Frühstück geschlossen - Frühstück im "Wintergarten" war aber dennoch top.

Ho soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto, camera accogliente, pulita e ristrutturata da poco, colazione abbondante con opzioni dolce e salato.l Un ringraziamento speciale alla reception e al personale addetto al breakfast. Consiglio vivamente.

Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Το πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο και η ησυχία της περιοχής.

Ο μέτριος καθαρισμός των δωματίων καθώς επίσης και το πρωινό το οποίο περιείχε κυρίως γλυκά.

Der Portier Gianmarco ( hab ich hoffentlich richtig geschrieben, falls nicht sorry) hat unseren Aufenthalt extrem bereichert. Seine herzliche Art hat uns gleich erobert und er hat alles daran gesetzt unseren Aufenthalt zum Erfolg werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank dafür Gianmarco.

Die Tiefgarage ist auch gleichzeitig der Standort für die Mülleimer und das riecht entsprechend. Da würde ich mir wünschen, wenn das geändert werden würde. Das Frühstück hätte schon etwas reichhaltiger sein können. Das Housekeeping-Personal, könnte bei den Zimmern etwas gründlicher sein.

Staff were lovely and so was the hotel and breakfast

The location was not practical. If you don’t have a car you are going to spend ALOT of money taxis and Ubers and the public transport in the area are poor. Property was lovely but to get to sites like Vesuvius, amalfi coast and even Naples town center it’s difficult unless you have a car or ALOT of money

Como se encuentra fuera de Napole, el taxi cobró el doble del taxímetro, 50 euros en total, es un hotel en remodelación, las habitaciones modernas y muy cómodas, el personal super amable y el desayuno genial!
