Przede wszystkim niesamowicie miły personel, każdy bardzo uprzejmy ,pomocny i cały czas uśmiechnięty , nigdy nie spotkałem tak dobrego personelu. Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty , z basenami ,przy samej plaży, darmowe leżaki, pufy do leżenia na plaży. Pokoje z besposrednim wyjściem do basenu mega , bardzo ładne widoki , zachody słońca. Konsola do gier dla najmłodszych, miska owoców, butelka wina , oraz parę butelek wody na powitanie. Śniadania bardzo dobre , obiad , kolację, bardzo duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , wszystko swieze z możliwością zabrania do pokoju ,na basen lub zjedzenia na zewnątrz na świeżym powietrzu, ponieważ część restauracji znajdowała się na zewnątrz. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel i mam nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócę

Okolica to tak naprawde taka wioseczka, ale w pobliżu 5min spacerkiem sklepy , tawerny i sklepiki z lokalnymi produktami, 10min jazdy autem do samego centrum Rethymno

L'emplacement, la propreté, l'accueil

Le soit disant "Beach Bar" ou "Snack bar".... appelez vous comme vous souhaitez mais c'est tout sauf ça. C'est pas normal qu'ils ne proposent pas des Frappés ou Ice Café ou Fredo Cappucino- les cafés typiquement grec. Dans un hôtel en formule All Inclusive la moindre des choses est de proposer par exemple des crêpes, des Ice Café ou autres courant la journée. Ce n'était pas le cas puis le personnel au Beach Bar pas très sympathique , il ne fallait pas trop leur demander.

Staff were very friendly and always clearing plates away during meals. Quick to serve at the bar and always had a smile. Location was fantastic, a quick walk away from a well stocked supermarket if anything was needed.

Food got a bit repetitive, and eating areas outside weren't smoke-free. Booked for a double bed but had two singles pushed together.

Great value for money, very nice and friendly staff who allowed us to enter room earlier without any extra fee, good facilities and decent drinks. Really good value for money!

The food could have been better, there were sometimes really tasty meals, but most of the time food was pretty mediocre. Also, the mattress was on the softer side, which we didn't like, but I guess that's a matter of personal preference.

Essen haben wir mehr erwartet für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Der Salat war nicht gut gewaschen außerdem hatten wir einmal einen Stein und einmal eine kleine Schnecke darin...
