Bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Fleisch wäre gut, zu viel Schweinefleisch. Am Strand sind Liegen zu schnell besetzt. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation nötig.

Wir waren für eine Woche im White Olive Elite Rethymno und hatten als Familie einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Personal war durchgehend extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden kostenlos auf ein großes Familienzimmer mit Meerblick upgegradet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Hotel ist gepflegt, modern und ruhig, die Lage direkt am Meer ist ideal. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das abwechslungsreiche Essen, die vielen vegetarischen Optionen, die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand sowie die entspannte Atmosphäre mit Live-Musik an zwei Abenden. Außerdem gab es am Abreisetag ein Lunchpaket für den Flug – sehr aufmerksam!

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Wenn man das Zimmer verlässt, wird der Strom (inkl. Klimaanlage) komplett abgeschaltet – bei heißen Temperaturen nicht ideal. Die Dusche ist baulich nicht optimal – das Glas ist zu kurz, sodass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad nass ist. Auch die Liegen am Strand sind etwas einfach und nicht gut verstellbar.

The highlight was without a doubt the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The food was also excellent - lots of variety and consistently good quality.

Can't think of anything. The hotel and service exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for making our holiday a one to remember.

It was beautiful. Had the perfect view of the beach, was spotless and spacious.

There was nothing not to like!

The hotel is very small which is nice, it’s easy to get around the facilities. Everything was really clean. The staff were AMAZING, we had some trouble with the AC and some food and the hotel and restaurant managers were VERY helpful.

The location was a little complicated, it was very far from everything and we didn’t rent a car. The food in the hotel was not very good. There was not a lot of variety and there’s a lot of food that you notice that is not homemade.
