Everything was amazing! We arrived very late at night and had food waiting for us in the fridge! Room was clean and spacious, with beautiful view. Right on the beach and not too crowded. All the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Kostas who was very helpful and arranged also late check out.

The food could have varied a bit more from one day to another but we liked it nevertheless. The bartender at the nightbar should have a coworker. He does a great job but surely would appreciate extra help and guests would be happy not to wait in a long queue.

Our room was one of the best parts of the stay — beautifully decorated, cozy, and modern, comfy bed with a stunning sea view that made waking up every day feel special. Perfect for a honeymoon. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and open to feedback — a sign that a new management is in place and taking guest experience seriously. Special shout-outs to Kostas, Thassos, the Polish lady who is learning Portuguese, and the always smiling Greek lady with glasses at the pool bar — they made our stay warmer and more personal. The beachfront location is fantastic. Just steps from the hotel, it was a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. Lunch box service - very convenient for excursion/tour days - just going at the reception by 7pm on the day before and by breakfast time it was available. Helped us a lot during our day trip to Balos. The honeymoon surprises — a complimentary bottle of rosé wine, chocolate cake, and couples massage — were thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely celebrated. A late-checkout offer - our flight departed at night on the return day - the staff offered us to stay on another room and use the hotel facilities until the time we needed to leave. This was a great highlight of the stay. I believe this service would depend on hotel’s availability, so we knew upfront there would not be any guarantees and were happy it worked out for us.

With the aim of providing actionable feedback to the hotel management for future improvements and potentially leveraging customer experience, and at the same time transparency to upcoming future guests where they could get a fresh grasp on what they can expect, we decided to provide a thorough perspective below. As frequent visitors to Crete and familiar with the all-inclusive resort scene, we were drawn to this hotel’s stylish design and beachfront location. While the stay had many highlights, there were also a few areas where we felt the experience could be elevated — especially given the price point. At the time of booking, the hotel charged around 30% more than similar properties on the island in the same category (we looked at more than 10 similar hotels around Crete). With a 5-star rating, we were expecting a more refined level of service and amenities to justify the higher price. The snack bar was the weakest aspect of the all-inclusive experience. The selection was very limited and repetitive — mostly the same Greek-style hamburgers and pizza. If included gyros, Mediterranean wraps, French fries or a more varied pizza offering would be a welcome improvement. The pool bar all-inclusive cocktail selection was very limited as well, which was disappointing for a resort in this category. Popular and classic cocktails like pina colada, daiquiri, cosmopolitan, sex on the beach, and Cuba libre were not available — even if they were made with local spirits. While there was a separate Sunset Bar offering branded liquors including the cocktails missing above from 5pm onwards, they were only available at an additional cost. The hotel would benefit from introducing a true “All-Inclusive Premium” option, where guests can enjoy cocktails with international brands like Absolut, Bombay, Beefeater, Grey Goose, Tanqueray, Aperol, or Johnnie Walker, etc.

We really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, the rooms were lovely, especially with the beautiful sea view. Since we checked in late at night, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine, sandwiches, fruit, and some sweets waiting for us in the room. A very thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome. The staff was friendly and always cheerful, especially the front desk team and the man who checked us in. They were very helpful and made sure to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, which we truly enjoyed. The view from both the room and the beach was stunning, waking up to the sound of the sea and such a beautiful landscape was one of the highlights of our stay.

We were quite disappointed with some aspects. The food overall didn’t feel like good quality, while we usually found something to eat, it was often bland and not very tasty. The snacks at the pool bar weren’t much to get excited about either. It was also very difficult to find sunbeds with umbrellas or any proper shade for a family of four. By around 9 a.m., most spots were already taken, with guests reserving beds with towels. While hotel staff tried to remove towels from unattended beds, this sometimes led to arguments when the original guests returned and expected their spots back. Not a pleasant situation. There is only one pool at the hotel. It's fairly big, but due to the number of guests, it was still hard to find available sunbeds around it.

A small piece of paradise! Where do you want to go back. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The food is delicious and varied. The territory is very clean (everything is cleaned every day).

le buffet version cantine, ne correspond pas du tout à du 5 étoiles snack au bar de plage très limité, par exemple pas de glaces l'eau gelée de la piscine des chambres swim up simplement deux animations par semaine le soir, lundi DJ et mardi musique/danses Grecques les gens qui vont réserver leur transat tôt le matin à la piscine ou à la plage et qui ne viennent pas avant l'après midi la froideur de la dame à l’accueil ( surement manager)

Lovely spacious room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Quality of food and wine was very good.

Nothing really

Some staff members were exceptionally helpful and polite.

1. Many food items and drinks (part of all inclusive) were not available or finished. 2. Some of the food was reused (served at lunch and reserved at dinner after mixing it with other food), some of the seafood (clams, mussels) caused stomach problems. Almost all food was repeated time and again . very limited choice of food and drinks. 3. Although some services were shown on the web (table tennis, sauna..)but were not available (or were charged extra). 4. There was no facility to book any trips or most of the staff did not have much information. 5. TV only had BBC News as English channel, which did not work during our stay even after repeated requests to get it fixed). 6. Hotel was catering for polish persons for all things (language, TV, support, drinks). It should not be advertised for UK based persons. Its basically a polish three star hotel on the beach (definitely not a 5 STAR)
