Jól felszerelt, modern, tiszta szobák Tengerparti szálloda. All inclusive ellátás választékos ételekkel. Segítőkész, mosolygós személyzet.

Nem volt jegeskávé, ami szerintem nyáron, egy 5 csillagos szállodában elvárható lenne. Édesitőket ki kellett volna helyezni az asztalokhoz, aki cukorbeteg, az például nehezen talál ilyet a szállodában, külön kérésre hozták ki.

Nous avons apprécié la vue mer qui était magnifique, la gentillesse du personnel et spécialement du responsable Costas qui était à l’écoute de nos besoins afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux , la propreté et le confort de l’hôtel ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

Le déjeuner et le dîner ne convenaient pas forcément à ce que l’on attendait mais Costas a fait en sorte de nous trouver en partie une solution afin que nous soyons satisfait.

Totul. Mancarea, hotelul , piscina , totul.

Mir hat fast alles gefallen. Zunächst einmal waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich , egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar. Das Zimmer ist für eine Familie geeignet, es ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht, mit einem Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick und ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet. Der Strand ist ausgezeichnet und die Bar ist direkt nebenan und bietet eine gute Auswahl an kalten und heißen Getränken. Eines Abends spielte eine Band Musik, sang und führte einen wunderschönen griechischen Tanz auf. Der Sonnenuntergang am Strand ist wunderschön.

Die Lage des Hotels, da es in der Nähe keine Aktivitäten oder Märkte gibt, aber trotzdem ist die Stadt Rethymno etwa 15 minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es ist eine sehr lebendige Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Märkten, die bis spät in die Nacht voller Leben und Lärm sind.

Nichts eigentlich!

Essen sehr schlecht! Ich würde den Hotel 2 bis 3 Sterne geben maximum. Es gibt nichts! Gar keine Unterhaltung oder den Ort wo man sich treffen ode Unterhalten kann. Sehr armes Angebot..Preisleistung Verhältnis sehr schlecht. Man zahlt so viel und bekommt gar nichts!!! Stndrand wird nicht gereinigt. Gar nicht geeignet für die Kinder.

The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, all the receptionists all the serving members, everyone is super nice, however I would especially mention two people, unfortunately I did not ask their names, but the polish student who works as a waitress and a Greek lady at the bar, truly amazing service! Food was great, plenty of options, beach, pool, bar everything was great!

There are two things that we did not like. 1 - Bed, in our double room we had two twin beds, it was pretty inconvenient to sleep. 2 - Sun-beds, unfortunately it was almost impossible to find a sun-bed after 9 am. All the sunbeds were “reserved” with towels.

Personalul a fost foarte ok, mereu amabil și atent la nevoile noastre.

Din păcate, mâncarea și băuturile nu s-au ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un pachet all inclusive. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
