Hotel Elisa

The hotel was the cheapest available so we did not expect much but I would also never recommend this to anyone. The facilities are dirty and basic, I would suggest paying a little (20-40 tala) more to get a place you may want to actually stay for breakfast for!

Value for money... Great for Transit passenger.

Nice hotel we stay in a cheaper room, but was nice and expected for the price we pay anyway. But we pretty happy and enjoyed our stay. The staff were awesome, very nice and friendly people. Close to town and everything anyway. So I will recommend to anyone and will tell our friends about it.

Excellent location in town overlooking the park and ocean. Closer to market, restaurant, shops, banks, clubs, bars, beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Back section where we were is basic and affordable. Shared bathroom and kitchen area needs an upgrade. New shower curtains, and vinyl maybe? Beds need new sheets and pillows. Be sure to double check your booking and room readiness before arrival. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 10pm.

We got there and they had no knowledge of our booking plus we had to pay more when we had already paid for the room. Helpful people though

The rooms were very comfortable and clean (and cool), but the front desk staff was terrible. They gave away our confirmed and prepaid room, and we had to wait 2 hours for them to get another room ready. They kept trying to charge us more for our prepaid room, even after we had left. The room itself was really comfortable and clean, but the front desk staff was such a nightmare I don't know if I'd stay there again or not.

Cheap sleep and no fuss. The room was old, shabby and basic. Bathrooms were scary and shared down the hall. Room one was at the back in the older section and just had one ceiling fan. Overall it was just OK. There is a restaurant downstairs for dinner and breakfast with pretty good food. Hotel is within walking distance of the downtown and flea market. The sea wall is close by for watching the waves. Took at airport shuttle to the hotel for WST 50 and a taxi to the small regional airport for WST 15.

Staff were very kind nice & helpful. I would like to say a word of thanks to Reena, Noah & Uaealesi and all the others were wonderful people. Great experience in a new place Apia.Samoa Thanks everybody.

Good size rooms with air conditioning. Pool adequate, would not give us extra towels for pool. The inclusive breakfast was weetbix and toast. Didn't eat in restaurant, went next door to Amanaki (good price and more open/breeze). Booked and paid on WOTIF months in advance but when we arrived they had no idea we were coming, luckily I had copies of the emails. Taxis are cheap and lots of them so no need to walk anywhere in the heat.

Rate and Room size was right,view we asked for was right, and the service provided by the staff was overall polite and genuine. I have been around other countries famous for their tourism attractions....Hotel Elisa is on par with most. See you next time.
