Royal Panerai Hotel

Had to beg for coffee. Said they ran out!! Not clean. Bugs in room. Leaking shower from floor above into ours. Not maintained well. No amenities!!

Good side - Near down town - Cheap Bad side - Eveything in the room looks old, TV is 20 years old model 20" glass screen. - Water Shower flow like a pee , unusable water heater, Water leak in flush toilet all the time looks lose resources - Loud aircon can wake you up in midnight. - Unusable key card. When leave the room whole day, all appliances still working no cut out that looks lose resources This is the time to big renovate the hotel to make profit both owner and customer

Nice spacious room with a balcony. Room was cleaned every day and free water was provided. Hotel was 5 mins from the old quarter. Air con looked like it had never been cleaned and wi fi was terrible.

When arriving was kept waiting at reception while the one and only receptionist was dealing with a guest who was having problems with hotel payment. Even when he went out to an ATM I was kept waiting for his return. I was about to leave and find another hotel when I was finally acknowledged. By this time I was not impressed. When I did get to my room it was not exactly 3 star, the bed was old, the tv was out of the ark, I thought that type of model disappeared in the 80's and the choice of channels was to say the least pathetic. The bathroom needed a good clean, the toilet bowl needed a good clean with bleach, the stains of many prior residents were their to be seen, not a nice look in any hotel. All up I was booked for 5 nights but lasted only 2. Would have left after one night but all other hotels booked out. A very poor hotel.

Very good for staying if you want comfort and private room for good price! I am happy to stay here 3 nights! Central location!

Stayed many times. Good value hotel - no frills. Big rooms well equipped.

The hotel was outdated, the picture looks better than hotel, the swimming pool and the gym was located 200 meters away at another hotel. The pool was very cold and needs fixing. The location was not bad if you enjoy walking to your attractions and food. The room was good size but the lighting needs improving and the staff were eager to help and friendly. The price was good and a bit more than the hostels.
